Kimberley Falk is an Alberta-born writer whose essays & journalism have appeared in The New York Times, CBC, CityNews, and the Ottawa Business Journal. As a communications specialist for a Toronto tech firm, she ghostwrites for executives about safety and surveillance while crafting quarterly whitepapers that somehow make security technology sound human. She served on the Kingston WritersFest board of directors from 2021 to 2025. She is currently completing her MFA in Creative Non-Fiction from the University of King’s College.
